He informed me that asking very high is a good idea, and if we don’t get any offers…it is easy to lower. The same day he listed, we got an offer. The sale went through at the asking price. What Mark says he is going to do, he does. I not once had to “look for Mark”. He had to look for me. So, when you read “Exceeded Expectations”, it is not hyperbole, I have personal experience.
