I met Mark through a family member. We spoke over the phone, and he was earnest and seemed excited to accept the challenge of an empty lot in Santa Fe. And a challenge, it was! For those reading this who have had to do real estate business in Santa Fe, you can appreciate the patience it requires, where “manana is good enough for me”, is not only a motto, but a lifestyle. Mark was tireless during the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was traveling in Europe during the sale, and he was available at all hours of his day.
