I met Mark through a family member. We spoke over the phone, and he was earnest and seemed excited to accept the challenge of an empty lot in Santa Fe. And a challenge, it was! For those reading this who have had to do real estate business in Santa Fe, you can appreciate the patience it requires, where “manana is good enough for me”, is not only a motto, but a lifestyle. Mark was tireless during the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was traveling in Europe during the sale, and he was available at all hours of his day. Above and beyond the service any other agent would have been willing to do for their client. Our chat, to list the property, he had done his research and comps of what a good asking price for the property. He informed me that asking very high is a good idea, and if we don’t get any offers…it is easy to lower. The same day he listed, we got an offer. The sale went through at the asking price. What Mark says he is going to do, he does. I not once had to “look for Mark”. He had to look for me. So, when you read “Exceeded Expectations”, it is not hyperbole, I have personal experience.
