He's upfront and thorough when providing information, but I never felt pressured to see a situation his way; he listens and makes every effort to understand his clients' needs and preferences and then represent them well in the offer/counteroffer process. Burt makes himself available for whatever you need, and he's very responsive to every little question you might have. If he says he'll follow up on something, you can believe he will. And if all that weren't enough - he's a really great guy, very friendly, and fun to spend time with!

This is my second time working with James and he exceeded my expectations again! He helped us sell our house for a great price and faster than all the other ones in the area. We had the house on the market less than 2 weeks. James walked us through everything we needed to do to get the house ready. He had contractors, painters, electricians, stagers and everyone lined up. No pressure to use his team but it was so convenient. He helped us pick out new fixtures and even paid for them upfront until closing.
