I had the good fortune of meeting Kirsten through my brother who lives out on the coast, and I was looking for property out there as well. We identified some properties sent them to Kirsten and set up a date and time, and we went and checked them out as it turned out one of them was of interest to me, and after some great amount of thought, we decided to put in an offer. Kirsten was a great help to us in formulating a strategy for making the offer just after we did that a second offer came in. I went back to Kirsten to seek some guidance on if we should change the offer that we currently had. We agreed to make some changes and resubmit the offer. In the end we prevailed and our offer was accepted. This was my first home purchase so her guidance was definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially out here on the coast!
