I had the good fortune of meeting Kirsten through my brother who lives out on the coast, and I was looking for property out there as well. We identified some properties sent them to Kirsten and set up a date and time, and we went and checked them out as it turned out one of them was of interest to me, and after some great amount of thought, we decided to put in an offer.
