Kirsten Hagen

We highly recommend Kirsten to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Half Moon Bay. Her expertise, integrity and genuine care for her clients goes beyond expectation and makes an her exceptional realtor. We were so impressed with the outcome of seeing our beloved home she helped us achieve.

Kirsten was an amazing asset while we were navigating a fairly quick sale timeline during the winter season. She was responsive, easy to talk to and consistently proactive in her approach to a constantly changing real estate landscape. She was communicative to keep us informed, and always with a sense of compassion. We were able to land within our exceptions, and honestly a bit more… she’s definitely a great resource for the Moss Beach coastal area! Kirsten is the kind of agent who follows up with you well after a closing and is genuinely interested in your life and future plans. Thanks again, Kirsten!

I had the good fortune of meeting Kirsten through my brother who lives out on the coast, and I was looking for property out there as well. We identified some properties sent them to Kirsten and set up a date and time, and we went and checked them out as it turned out one of them was of interest to me, and after some great amount of thought, we decided to put in an offer. Kirsten was a great help to us in formulating a strategy for making the offer just after we did that a second offer came in. I went back to Kirsten to seek some guidance on if we should change the offer that we currently had. We agreed to make some changes and resubmit the offer. In the end we prevailed and our offer was accepted. This was my first home purchase so her guidance was definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially out here on the coast!

She recommended listing our house at a reasonable asking price to encourage the possibility of multiple offers and we received 4 offers above asking price and market value the weekend of our first open house.

Kirsten handled the sale of our home professionally and with grace. She made recomdations that had we not followed we are sure we would not have sold as quickly or for the sales price we got. We had to travel outside three country and she willingly stepped in and took care of thinks while we were gone. We would highly recommend Kirsten for your real estate transaction.

Kirsten and her team facilitated a great experience through the selling process of my house. She was very responsible, on top of getting all documents, and ensured a smooth process. I would highly recommend working with Kirsten.
