Burt was my agent for one purchase and one sale, and his insights into each process were incredibly helpful. He's got a lot of knowledge about local market conditions, what to look for (and look out for), and what kinds of factors to consider when making real estate decisions. He's upfront and thorough when providing information, but I never felt pressured to see a situation his way; he listens and makes every effort to understand his clients' needs and preferences and then represent them well in the offer/counteroffer process. Burt makes himself available for whatever you need, and he's very responsive to every little question you might have. If he says he'll follow up on something, you can believe he will. And if all that weren't enough - he's a really great guy, very friendly, and fun to spend time with!
