5 stars do not begin to reflect the level of service James Kil delivers. He navigated me through a very complicated ( To say the least!) estate sale from listing to closing. It required many, many hours of both his physical presence on the site as well as supervising clearing out and preparing the house for sale. If he says he will 'do it', he does! If he says he will check it, he does...twice, to make sure it's right. When he tells you what it's worth, listen..he KNOWS his market! I have dealt with other good realtors in the past but James' honesty, integrity, knowledge and commitment put him on a level of his own! 10********** !

This is my second time working with James and he exceeded my expectations again! He helped us sell our house for a great price and faster than all the other ones in the area. We had the house on the market less than 2 weeks. James walked us through everything we needed to do to get the house ready. He had contractors, painters, electricians, stagers and everyone lined up. No pressure to use his team but it was so convenient. He helped us pick out new fixtures and even paid for them upfront until closing. Working with James as a buy and seller is a great experience! 10/10 would recommend!

We're are so blessed to have James as our realtor. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and found the process super intimidating and overwhelming at the start.
