We had trouble selling our home in Poway, Ca as the market had gone soft and it was during the Covid years. We had an agent that we had used to buy the house over 10 years earlier however that agent seemed to struggle with selling our higher end home in a more challenging environment. That is when we decided to make a change and we switched agents to Dave Henderson. Dave had an immediate positive impact, thinking outside the box to drive interest and started building some meaningful traffic. We received a good offer and had the house sold. That said, the buyer was challenging with demands, however with Dave's help we got it all worked out in a fair manner.
