Jane is the best realestate agent I have ever used . She goes beyond her job scope to assist you in making the transactions necessary as smooth and painless as possible. I have never had an agent (and I’ve had a lot) do as much as she does when it comes to buying or selling a property. If you need help with anything, Jane will get it. She helped me fix up the house I was selling with gardeners, handyman, etc. to help me get the most for my property. Jane is always in a great mood and just plain fun to work with. I could never recommend anyone else because she’s the best!

Carin is a top-notch professional and really knows the So Cal real estate market and the submarket where I was selling my father's home. She managed the property for a year before we put it on the market and then she sold the home in the general market. She made my the sale easier than I could have imagined despite some issues that arose not of her making. She made it easy for me to move through the process, plus she is a kind person on top of that. We initially liked (and chose) Tarven due to the strategic approach he took to selling our house. There is a science to the buying and selling of homes, just as there is with most any large investment/transaction. Tarven understands this science, and approaches it in a methodical and professional manner. For my wife and I, selling our home was in fact the most significant transaction which we have engaged in, so we wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable with our choice of realtors.
