I worked with Emmeline for about 6 months. She is very easy to work with and abundantly patient and accommodating when it comes to searching for homes, answering questions, and working around schedule conflicts. She's very professionally driven and works around the clock, much of which I think stems from loving what she does. She's very honest and solicits her professional opinion, which makes her a reliable asset since I relied on her for most of the negotiations with sellers and mortgage lenders. It was easy to communicate with her if I didn't share her opinion. She really did everything to assist us with the purchase of our home and I'm glad to have been able to work with her. As far as professional knowledge, especially where the VA benefits are concerned, it could always be improved upon, but that's to be said for all of us, and if she didn't know something, she would research it herself and get back to us right away. I am rating Emmeline based on my entire experience with her and I would recommend her to other veterans because she is committed to the satisfaction of her clients and is exceptional at her job. Because of her, I found the house that I love.

Dushaun got an excellent price for my home. He helped move things around for picture-taking and helped fix something that I was having problems with. For all of the times I have looked at houses with him, he would tell me what he honestly thinks about the neighborhood or house. It seems that he would rather help his client get the right house than do a lot of real estate agent come-backs just to make a sale. After working with several other agents throughout the years, I really appreciate him. BTW, he will have you laughing. Check him out!
