Working with Fanny was one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. From day one, her communication was exceptional, she was always available, quick to respond, proactive in keeping us informed, and incredibly patient with every question and concern. At no point did we feel left in the dark, she guided us through each step with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. What truly sets Fanny apart is the depth of experience she brings to the table. Her years in the industry were evident in every interaction, from understanding market conditions and pricing strategies to anticipating potential challenges before they became issues. Her expertise provided us with reassurance and helped us make informed decisions throughout the process. Perhaps most impressive was her ability to truly understand our family's needs. She took the time to learn not only what we wanted in a home, but why those things mattered to us. Even when our family members had differing opinions and priorities, Fanny skillfully navigated those conversations, helping us identify what was most important and guiding us toward the right fit. Because she listened so carefully and paid attention to every detail, she ultimately found us the perfect home, one that exceeded our expectations and checked boxes we didn't even realize were important. The entire process felt seamless because of her dedication, organization, and commitment to her clients. It's easy to see why everyone seems to know and love Fanny. Her reputation in the industry is well deserved, and the relationships she has built speak volumes about the trust and respect she has earned over the years. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, respected, and genuinely invested in finding the right home for your family, Fanny is simply outstanding. We could not recommend her more highly and are incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our dream home a reality.

I have worked with multiple agents before but Mary is an exceptional agent that is rare to find. She listens to my needs while offering valuable insights, she works extra so I can meet all the time-sensitive tasks while not making me feel overwhelmed. She has great taste in finding that perfect property, offering guidance and advice every step along the way. I have never met an agent goes beyond and above to make sure I’m getting the best deal. If you want to buy or sell, Mary is the best agent to work with in San Diego area!

Kang is very reliable, thorough, and helpful. He goes the extra mile in helping us find a home that suits our needs.

I couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Kathi Jesse. From our first conversation to closing day, she was responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home rather than just closing a deal. What stood out most was her communication. She answered my questions quickly, explained every document and deadline in plain English, and never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. Her J.D. background is a real asset — she caught details in the contract and negotiations that saved me headaches later. Buying a home is stressful, and Kathi took a lot of that weight off my shoulders. I’d work with her again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell.
