Realty ONE Group Pacific | San Diego

I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin Hancock while purchasing my condo. Kevin was always there for me throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, was always responsive, and made sure I never felt like I was going through the process alone. Kevin was professional, reliable, and genuinely cared about helping me find and purchase the right home. His communication and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. I’m extremely grateful for all of Kevin’s hard work and support. I would highly recommend Kevin Hancock to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I'll keep my review short and too the point: If you're a renter and dream of being a homeowner you should look no further then Handcock Reality... They will always look for your interest first,Always keep you up to date when it comes to the process of signing, and they are honest and will give their all to help you out... The house we were blessed with couldn't have been found without their help and I would choose them over any other agency in San Diego, CA respectfully... God Bless them for all they do and hopefully they would help many more future homeowners.

Selling my home and buying a condo at the same time was a very stressful and emotional process, and Kevin was incredibly patient, caring, and supportive throughout it all. There were some difficult moments for me personally, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he was understanding, reassuring, and always there when I needed him. Kevin also did an amazing job keeping me informed every step of the way. He made sure I understood the timeline, what to expect next, and always kept me updated on the status of everything. What meant the most to me was that Kevin truly cared about me as a person, not just as a client. His compassion and professionalism made a huge difference during a challenging time. I’m so grateful for everything he did and would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients!

Communication was excellent never had to worry about what was happening. The marketing was fantastic the house sold the first weekend for over the asking price. During escrow Kevin was an expert at negotiating with the buyers and buyers agent making the process seamless. I never had to worry about anything.

Kevin and his team far exceeded our expectations during our home search in San Diego's North County. From day one, they were more than just agents; they were true partners who walked alongside us through every step of the process. Even now, after our transactions are complete and we are settled in the home best suited for our family, Kevin’s team remains available for questions and referrals. They provide a top-notch, concierge-level experience that makes it clear why Kevin has received so much recognition over the years. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
