They will always look for your interest first,Always keep you up to date when it comes to the process of signing, and they are honest and will give their all to help you out... This was my first time selling a house and Kevin helped make the experience less daunting by always being available for any questions, either by phone call or text (even while he was on vacation). He was very straightforward about the process and provided great market analysis and provided two options for selling our home and what the benefits were for each path. There was a definite emotional attachment to the house that Kevin recognized from the beginning and I felt he always had that in mind while he helped us navigate through the process. He always reached out to let me know when prospective buyers would be coming by so I was aware and then he would follow up with me later that day to fill me in on progress. Kevin is our go to real estate agent. He has helped us now through three transactions; two purchases and a sale. He negotiated a great price during our most recent purchase and worked hard to make sure we got the house with constant communication with the sellers agent. His ability to draft strong offers then build relationships will give you the advantage for your offer to be accepted. This was a tricky purchase for multiple reasons but there was no barrier we encountered that Kevin couldn’t help us overcome. We are so grateful that he helped us get our forever home!
