Kevin was a great communicator throughout our sale process. This was important to us because it lowered our stress level every time we had a question and needed an answer. His professionalism and experience were instrumental to our success. His ability to problem solve and find resources for prepping our house for sale were imperative to propelling us forward. Without Kevin, our deal would never have gotten done in the timeframe we required for the purchase of our new property.

Our buying experience with Kevin was far superior than we've had with any other realtor. We flew in from out of town to look at some properties, and Kevin met us and toured us to the various targets. He had made arrangements to get us into where we wanted, and in only 2 half-days we had found the place we wanted. He made great suggestions on making the offer, and the ending price ended up being exactly where he said he'd get it to. Throughout the inspection and closing process he kept us up-to-date, and he made numerous personal trips to the property to check on its status. We really would recommend you contact him if you have any buys or sells to do. And, THANKS KEV!!!

Kevin was such an exceptional realtor, and a pleasure to work with everyday. He is always upbeat and positive about all of the aspects of selling our home. There are not enough adjectives to describe Kevin, or enough words to encourage anyone to use him as their Realtor.

Kevin did an awesome job selling our home. He made sure to communicate every showing with us since we had 3 chihuahuas to juggle around. He was also quick to get us a new buyer when our house fell thru Escrow. We are beyond happy with him and his team!! We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

My wife and I went through multiple agents until we found the one with the right chemistry for us. Kevin is a very patient individual that doesn't push any sale. He helped us understand the home buying process and hustled to setup any listing we desired. He also made recommendations for us during negotiations and inspection to make sure we were as prepared as we could be for first time homeownership. By the end, it felt like we were working with a good friend …. Plus he is very easy on the eyes!

Ive known Kevin for a very long time since we worked at UPS. He is a hardworking individual who goes over and beyond the call of duty in meeting your real estate needs. Though there were a few bumps in the road, my condo was eventually sold and my asking price was met. I can't thank him enough for helping me stay patient throughout the process. It was truly a pleasure to work with Kevin and I'd hire him again if i had another place to sell.

Kevin was such a great realtor. He sent documents as soon as I needed them, very punctual and available any time for questions or concerns I had. Through my entire process one thing I really appreciated was how thorough he was with scanning through my documents and finding imperfections before signing. I would refer Kevin to anyone interested in buying/selling!!
