I've known Bob for more than 20 years, and in that time I've seen him help our friends buy and sell numerous homes - so when it finally came time for us to buy our first home, there was no doubt who we were going to get to help us! We didn't really know what to expect during the process - but as soon as we talked with Bob, both my husband and I felt at ease. He does a wonderful job at the start of the process walking you through what to expect, and really does a great job with helping you feel as prepared as you can be. Throughout the entire buying process, Bob was incredibly responsive, super communicative, and always on top of every detail - coordinating with other realtors, our loan officer, and everyone else who was involved. He always took the time to explain all the paperwork, and terms that we weren't familiar with, never rushed through our conversations, and always made sure we were comfortable before moving on. His deep knowledge of the market, and all of his recommendations were so helpful! My husband and I always felt confident that we were making the most informed decisions. What really impressed us most is how hard he fought for us every step of the way. Making sure we got the best price, both on the sale of our mom's home, to the purchase of our forever home. His dedication and advocacy went above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. Having been friends for so long - I should have expected this, since he has always shown an immense amount of dedication to his clients. Bob was the best realtor, and I hope anyone else who is looking to go through this complicated but exciting process, will give him a call. If I could give Dina a sixth star I would. We found a new home in Idaho and had to be under contract with our current home within 30 days. I had spoken with Dina previously and found her to be very communicative and she seemed very knowledgeable so I contacted her with our requirements. She immediately helped us decide how to price, stage, and market our property which she said would help sell it quickly. We set a price which I thought very fair to us and would attract buyers. With her help we were under contract in less than 7 days receiving 3 offers in the process. After going through the final completion of selling our home I can say Dina truly earned her commission by her constant communication with us and immediately getting back to me when I had any question.
