If you’re looking for an agent who is honest, trustworthy, has excellent communication skills, has market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professional, Jim Conlon is the agent to call. Three years ago, he helped us purchase a home and this month he helped us sell the property. The marketing videos & effort put into the sale were incredible & the home sold quickly. Jim has many resources & was able to get a professional handyman to address a few items the buyers had requested in time for their closing. Jim has a warm personality, enjoys people & is an absolute pleasure to work with. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, yet Jim makes the transition easy. We could not be happier in knowing such a stellar individual & friend in Jim Conlon. He’s simply the best!!

Jim Conlon is, without question, the most effective and hardworking realtor I've ever partnered with. In our transaction, what set Jim apart was his drive: the productivity, focus, hustle, and follow-through he brought to every step. His knowledge of the overall market, and of Sun City Apple Valley Del Webb in particular, is exceptional. He has excellent rapport with other real estate professionals, including brokers and the title company, along with long-standing relationships with skilled tradesmen in plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and lawn maintenance. As remote sellers, we relied on all of it completely. Jim coordinated every activity and made sure the work was done to the highest standards, without us having to be on-site. He was consistently responsive to every question and request. He pairs a genuine "get it done now" mindset with a pleasant, easygoing demeanor that we came to value and rely on throughout the entire process, from getting the property ready for sale, to showing it to prospective buyers, to closing on a tight schedule. Over many years I've bought and sold several homes across several states, so I have a basis for comparison, and Jim stands at the top. We recommend him wholeheartedly. Jim Conlon is the best realtor in Apple Valley.
