As a first time home buyer, Sandy helped us get the best deal and price. She did not give up on getting us our first home, and not just that but a brand new built home. We worked with Sandy for about 2 months, looking for homes we would be interested in etc, and it was well worth it. She walked us through everything, and made sure we got the best of the best from start to finish. And even after the fact she’s been super attentive making sure everything has been smoothly and if anything needs to be addressed she does. Highly recommend!

We had such a positive experience working with Sandy Jacobo to purchase our home in Palm Desert. Not only is Sandy highly knowledgeable with regard to the current market, but she is exceedingly professional and highly responsive. She took the time to listen to our needs, she gave excellent advice in all aspects of the process, and she went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to secure the home that was right for us. We truly appreciated her attentiveness, ability to keep track of all of the many details, and the fact that she responded to our correspondences so quickly. The reason we were able to buy this perfect property was due to the fact that Sandy rapidly responded, reached out to the other agent, and got us in there to see it right away. It made all the difference! More than anything, she kept us calm and grounded as we navigated the rollercoaster of a home purchase. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with Sandy. We HIGHLY recommend her to anybody who happens to be searching for a property in the area.

Raquel is awesome!! Any time we had a question or concern she would answer, it didn't matter the time or if it was during the weekend. When she first saw our house she let us know what inspectors would look for so we can fix them before he came to inspect.
