Since this home was a vacation getaway and our primary residence is 500 miles north in the SF Bay Area, we relied on Anne to make sure everything was in order, before putting our home on the market. However in the end, Anne brought us a buyer with a full price offer, 2 days before it was to be listed on the MLS!! Win/Win. As far as the closing process goes, Anne was also very good at details + making sure all necessary papers were in order, using the remote electronic process of Docusign. Safe to say, we highly recommend Anne for all your real estate needs, whether it is selling or buying a home!
