John shared his experience of the sales trends in our neighbourhood, patiently explained the sales process to us (as non-Americans we found it was quite different ), answered all our questions, and always got back to us very quickly. He even had contacts who were able to attend to any of the repairs we needed to have made prior to finalizing the sale. I kept a close relationship with one of his coworkers in the past few years. After my tenant moved out at the end of August, I decided to sell the property.
