Roddy and his entire team that worked with us to get our home sold were truly assets that elevated the sell of our property in the span of a little over a month. After trying to sell the property for several months with very little interest, they were able to come in with precision laser focus on marketing tactics, signage, staging and advice on what was going to happen step by step to get the property sold and they did just that! As a showing agent, I had seen many homes that Randy La Combe (stager and his crew) had performed miracles on and the homes sold quickly. They have a process and it works like a fine Swiss clock! Special shout out to Randy LaCombe and his crew with his impeccable ability to stage even the most challenging homes. After he staged our place I was sad I couldn't move back in! It was beautiful! Sarah Carino, who assisted Roddy with the sale, was very professional. She was always on time for open houses, showings and very helpful logistically in helping us gather up things for the HOA as we were not local at the time of the sale process.
