I had the absolute best home selling experience working with Chris Casas at Indian Springs Real Estate. In our first meeting, John presented the market data to back up his recommendation for a listing price. He continued to present data throughout the time we worked together when a decision had to be made. Our home was listed at a time when shortly thereafter the market slowed down and went from being a seller’s market to being a buyer’s market.
