He even had contacts who were able to attend to any of the repairs we needed to have made prior to finalizing the sale. Our home was listed at a time when shortly thereafter the market slowed down and went from being a seller’s market to being a buyer’s market. In a couple of months’ time, we received an initial offer, but the buyer withdrew the offer. We had never experienced anything like this before in the many homes we bought and sold. We decided to continue working with John Miller and his team. We are confident that we made the right choice. After many months, the property sold, and after many years of living in California, including a decade in the Coachella Valley, we have moved on.
