Working with Steven Karahs proved an extremely positive experience, from finding the house I purchased, shepherding me through the inspection process and escrow, offering needed information and resources, and ultimately delivering possession. Throughout, Steve remained approachable, attentive, communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable--a solid partner in the process. He was a sagacious guide concerning the inventory, value and pricing of the homes in this specialized community (Del Webb Sun City). He personally provided me a fast-start understanding of different homes and features. He assisted in identifying and prioritizing my choices. He offered experiential insight and ideas invaluable in decisionmaking, minimizing the risk of surprise and disappointment. He was pleasant, kind, helpful, patient and unflappable. Beyond these attributes, Steve also demonstrates none of the hubris, big and fast talk, pressuring, bottom-line attitude, or access issue that are commonplace with some brokers and agencies. All and all, what can be an arcane if diffiuclt experiene, and despite the issues which inevitabably surface in the process, the puchase of the home surprisingly went quite smoothly. In no little way do I credit Steve for this. He earned my trust, gratitude and friendship. He gets two thumbs up! (If I were an octopus, it would be eight arms up!)

Kathryn has helped me with 4 home transaction and always they are seamless and I have genuinely felt cared for during the entire process.
