Amy is the best! I tried out a few agents and decided to go with Amy because, besides the incentives offered through the Chase Agent Express referral program, she was patient, positive, responsive, knowledgeable and well connected to other professionals. I could tell early on that she has a very soothing air about her, which was helpful for what turned out to be an especially stressful and difficult purchase transaction. She also sold our house, which went very smoothly. She coordinated the buying and selling to close currently, as we needed it. Amy was very on top of everything and communicated well throughout the process. She had a referral for everything that popped up that we needed help with--not just typical lenders but also getting information about splitting a parcel some day, finding an affordable structural engineer, termite inspectors when we were out of town, and more. She could clearly explain complicated things and was patient when I repeated Qs and when we had setbacks to closing on time with our purchase. Amy was fair, generous and a true blessing to work with!

I cannot put into words how Amy went above and beyond to help my mother sell her family home of over 35 years after my father’s passing. Her work ethic, dedication, grace and just overall professionalism was beyond expectations from start to finish of this process. She’s made my mom feel comfortable and was sympathetic to the situation. I have now found my go to realtor but also have found a new friend in this process. When we approached Amy about selling our house, she gave us the ideal timelines to do it and warned us not to get too close to the holidays. We were able to prep and get ready for pictures. Amy booked the pictures for us, even helped us with last minute cleaning and for everything posted on the MLS that week. We looked at the other house comps and priced accordingly. We had an open house that weekend and multiple offers within a week of being on the market. We were able to open escrow and close sale on the house all within 30 days of getting posted on the MLS!! Amy was with us every step of the way. She explained every detail, made all the inspections and tours doable with our young kids and dogs and just made the selling experience very easy for us. She negotiated terms with the buyer that made us both happy. Amy’s knowledge of the real estate market was exceptional. She gave us amazing advice on how to stage for sale, how to clean, how to price and what buyers were looking for. Amy was in constant communication with us. She advocated for us in regards to showings who were late or never showed up. She really kept the safety of our kids and dogs a priority. Amy is the ultimate professional.
