My experience with Todd could not have been better or easier. From start to finish, Todd was available by phone or text to answer any questions I had. It was so great to be able to take advantage of his knowledge when it came to finding a mortgage company, home inspectors, closing, and everything in between. I was prepared to have a MUCH harder time as a first time buyer with literally no prior knowledge, but this was really a painless experience. Could not recommend Todd enough!

Lawanda is an absolute Angel to work with! I was stationed to Columbia and in a military school and she literally updated me every 2 weeks on the progress of my home and was always so professional. When things were needed and wanted from me she made sure to communicate that effectively to the builder. She’s VERY knowledgeable and knows what she’s talking about. She went above and beyond for me and my new house. I would recommend her to anyone ESPECIALLY if you’re in the service and looking to buy she’s prior service herself and was so helpful in providing me with so many resources to take advantage of as a first time homeowner! She’s the BEST!!

Ms. Corinthians has an Excellent Communication style. She is Transparent and Patient. If I did not understand something or a concept, she would Kindly repeat again and again (IN DIFFERENT WAYS) until she was understood. Ms. Corinthians is a subject matter expert on regional real estate trends, adding to her practice with Zooms and in-person up-to-date trainings. She understood the specific pulse of my new neighborhood, and she didn't just look at city-wide data; she followed the specific trends of the Bellelake area, ensuring I didn't overpay in a competive climate. Also, she advised on what I needed to highlight in order to stand out to the seller. When "showing" my family the house, she knew Everything about it- The Good, the Bad and the Other. (I've learned there is always "an other.") But, most importantly she understood exactly what we were looking for in our new home. She then translated that information into 141 Bellelake court!
