She understood the specific pulse of my new neighborhood, and she didn't just look at city-wide data; she followed the specific trends of the Bellelake area, ensuring I didn't overpay in a competive climate. Also, she advised on what I needed to highlight in order to stand out to the seller. When "showing" my family the house, she knew Everything about it- The Good, the Bad and the Other.
