She made the process easy, she always took the time to answer our questions and always took the time to make our family a priority even when we weren’t sure we were going to be able to buy. Marcey fought for our family when the seller tried to alter the plan. As someone who has talked to multiple realtors in multiple areas Marcey really did put my family at ease. She worked tirelessly before we even arrived into the state! I can’t recommend her enough, she is an amazing person and realtor!!! Because of her we now live in our first home. A 5 out of 5 star rating for Colleen is too low. She is at leat a 10 out of 5 stats! Colleen is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very patient. We went through a couple of houses that just didn’t quite work out, then… If it were not for the negotiation skills and tactics that Colleen advised, there is not a chance that I would have landed the house of my dreams. Colleen’s skills absolutely made the difference in a very competitive process. Over the several month process, Colleen was always there for me with a smile and a passion to make sure I received all information to make an informed decision during this journey. Colleen was always quick to respond and was an absolute dream to work with and I absolutely would recommend any buyer or seller to use Colleen for your real estate needs.
