Lawanda is an absolute Angel to work with! I was stationed to Columbia and in a military school and she literally updated me every 2 weeks on the progress of my home and was always so professional. When things were needed and wanted from me she made sure to communicate that effectively to the builder. She’s VERY knowledgeable and knows what she’s talking about. She went above and beyond for me and my new house. I would recommend her to anyone ESPECIALLY if you’re in the service and looking to buy she’s prior service herself and was so helpful in providing me with so many resources to take advantage of as a first time homeowner! She’s the BEST!!

Stacey helped us out from a different state, made sure our home was exactly what we wanted, FaceTimed us when needed to show us, & really took care of us! She went above & beyond for our family! She made it all happen for us in a short time span as well & we are incredibly thankful for her! She’s the best of the best!

Jennifer was great to work with. She went out of her way to help us on our home buying journey. We had to buy a home sight unseen and she made sure to ask all the questions and provide us with as much detail she could. She even sent videos of the surrounding area so we could get a feel for the neighborhood. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. She is kind and extremely patient but knows how to be persistent with contributing parties to get things moving and questions answered in a timely manner. We felt very prepared with her by our side.

Despite quite a few setbacks and pivots, the whole team stayed patient and continued to assist me kindly throughout the process. Their website is much easier to use to cherry pick which houses you want to view in a specific area.
