Stacey was absolutely amazing to work with, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for purchasing our first home. As a military family relocating from Hawaii, we had to buy sight unseen, which can be incredibly stressful, but Stacey made the entire process smooth and reassuring. We had moments of cold feet, and she never once pressured us. Instead, she was patient, kind, and always respectful of our concerns. She went above and beyond, driving all over Columbia, SC and the surrounding areas to help us find the right home. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the local communities, and we especially appreciated how mindful she was of our family’s needs. She consistently encouraged us to consider good school districts, which meant a lot since we have school-aged children. We are so grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend Stacey to anyone, especially military families relocating from afar.

Stacey’s communication was exceptional. She has been a pleasure to work with and we trusted her through the entire process of buying a house sight unseen. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home in the area.

She was simply amazing!! Wonderful personality, smile, knowledge of home selling, and experienced. Home sale was fast. She took care of handling and explaining all phases of the sell and contract. Assisted with options for various home problems and promptly responded to all of our questions. After our closing, we knew that we had make a new, real, friend and highly recommend her to be your realtor. It will be the best choice you can make.

As a first time home buyer I have a small idea of what I was getting into. Being unfamiliar with industry lingo Rachel really broke down the processes and procedures in a very simple and understandable way. Anything I needed or had questions about she was on it and didn’t let a single thing slip through the cracks. I am grateful that we were able to work together and make the process very simple and easy. I am so thankful many times over and over about the outcome. I highly recommend Rachel for intelligence, easy of understanding, and thorough communication. Thank you so much for making this first process super simple and easy. Will definitely use you in the future and refer you out to those I know.

Rachel helped me buy and sell my home. She took the time and effort to understand my needs and preferences. She was very quick to respond to my concerns and was with me every step of the way during the build and close of my new home. She went above and beyond to ensure that both my closings were as smooth as possible. I can’t say enough good things about her attention to details and helping me to understand market trends when selling my former home. Buying and selling at the same time can be challenging but Rachel helped make everything as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her.

We had a wonderful experience working with Julie and her team during our move from out of state. With only two days available to tour homes in person, Julie helped us narrow down listings based on our criteria weeks before we arrived, making our limited time on the ground much more productive and less stressful. Communication throughout the entire process was key. Even after we returned out of state during negotiations, inspections, and repairs, Julie and her team stayed in constant contact with the seller’s agent and contractors to ensure everything was completed on time. When we permanently arrived in Columbia, we were able to close and get the keys to our new home without added stress. We highly recommend Julie and her team, especially to military families navigating a relocation on a tight timeline. Their experience, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a potentially stressful move so much easier. We cannot thank the Flores Group at eXp Realty enough!
