She was so easy to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions and concerns, and she was always available and patient with us. We also want to highlight Alfonso, who knows the ins and outs of the process and is especially knowledgeable when it comes to assisting military families, given his own service background. Julie was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient and knowledgeable. From working long distance and sending us videos to finally meeting and doing in person walk throughs, The Flores group worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect match. Anything we asked regarding the city Julie also had an answer for that! We had a great experience using the Flores group and would highly recommend to anyone.
