My experience with Todd could not have been better or easier. From start to finish, Todd was available by phone or text to answer any questions I had. It was so great to be able to take advantage of his knowledge when it came to finding a mortgage company, home inspectors, closing, and everything in between. I was prepared to have a MUCH harder time as a first time buyer with literally no prior knowledge, but this was really a painless experience. Could not recommend Todd enough!

What a fantastic experience! As a first time buyer I honestly had no idea what to expect and no idea where to even start. Todd made the entire process pretty much entirely pain-free. I was prepared to have a much harder time throughout this process. From finding a property, to finding a mortgage office, coordinating insurance, home inspections, all the way to closing, and every step in between, Todd was there with plenty of confidence and knowledge. Could not be more pleased with my experience!
