As a first time homebuyer I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Trisha is incredibly kind, approachable, flexible, and knowledgeable. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She kept us informed every step of the way and made the process as smooth as possible. I felt like I could come to her with any questions or concerns. I truly felt like I had a family member with me every house we looked at as she always had our best interest at heart and her priority was making sure we found a home we would be PROUD to live in. You can tell she has a passion for her area of work and she will ride or die for her clients!!! Carla stayed in constant communication throughout my Home search process. Carla never deviated from my "must haves" as well as items on my "wish list' in my price range. Carla never tried to upsell me on anything and was exceptional. Carla is always helpful when I asked questions and if the question was outside her realtor responsibilities Carla pointed me in the right direction for other resources as well. We were referred to her through a friend, and after our experience with her, it makes sense: Carol is somebody who WILL get referred to others because of her thorough work, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile. We basically had an aunt (Carol) working to get our family situated in our first home. Our concerns were her concerns. And the things we didn't know should be our concerns WERE her concerns also. Carol's expertise and attitude helped us achieve our goals sooner than expected, getting us not only the home itself, but fair concessions in negotiation. While helping get my first real estate property, Isabel made sure to prioritize my personal needs. After seeing the listing for my now new home, I knew it was the one, and Isabel made sure to help make it a reality. She was more than efficient with communication in regard to questions I had throughout the process, as well as continuously keeping me in the loop on what was needed and when it was needed. I had told Isabel I wanted to see my place and she made sure to get me in as soon as possible, which I really appreciated.
