She kept us informed every step of the way and made the process as smooth as possible. I felt like I could come to her with any questions or concerns. I truly felt like I had a family member with me every house we looked at as she always had our best interest at heart and her priority was making sure we found a home we would be PROUD to live in. Carla stayed in constant communication throughout my Home search process. Carla never deviated from my "must haves" as well as items on my "wish list' in my price range. Carol Cooney is an outstanding real estate agent who I highly recommend. She is knowledgeable regarding all aspects of buying and selling homes and provides valuable guidance throughout the process. I had a complex situation that involved selling my condo and relocating out of state in a short timeframe. Carol suggested I focus on the move first. Then Carol put my condo on the market once I moved. She allowed me to leave any items I did not want to take and her team sold and/or disposed of the items.
