We spontaneously decided to put our house for sale this summer of 2024. Carla was our buyer agent a few years ago so we already knew and trusted her. As soon as I contacted Carla about our plan to sell, she took the reigns. Carla instantly got the duplex prepared for showings, contacted our tenants, and coordinated everything with the property manager. We were overseas throughout the entire process so everything was left in Carla's capable hands. We got a strong offer right off the bat. Carla and her attorneys walked us through the process, including POA paperwork that had to be notarized at the US embassy. Unfortunately, the buyer failed to close his loan, and the deal ended months later. My anxiety was fully amped by the time our second round of open houses happened. But Carla took care of everything and we got an even stronger offer! She remained calm and responsive, reassuring me through my bouts of panic from abroad. Carla remained a step ahead of the rest. The duplex was sold! I highly recommend Carla to anyone seeking an agent who is beyond friendly, responsive, and on the ball.
