Trisha was a blessing, from the beginning she knew exactly what she was doing knew exactly what to say went to say all at the right times she knew every nook and cranny of the business from beginning middle and end. There a lot to pick from and I heard good things about her so I went with her and I'm very glad I did I sold my house on the 13th day she was very professional through and through very responsible always there for me in the tough times and in the happy times, she went above and beyond her Call of Duty for sure I would recommend her to anyone selling the home or looking for a home. Trisha made what was a very difficult time in my life (selling the house I owned for 20 years and raised my 3 kids in) a painless process. From the day we met to sign the listing paperwork to put the house on the market, to the time we had a buyer signed purchase and sales agreement was 13 very short days. She not only kept in touch daily about where we were in the process, but she went above and beyond by finding me rentals to look at and she didn’t stop there. She also came with me to look at the rentals and vouched for me when she found me the perfect condo. She is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I cannot say enough great things about her and her work ethic and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
