Bob has exemplary knowledge in his field. His communication, punctuality, knowledge, appearance, presence and attention to detail are excellent. That being said, it’s his family care personality that struck me the most. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I felt like family through the whole process. Kristi did a great job handling the marketing and sale of our property under a difficult situation. Her market knowledge was critical in pricing the house for a quick sale and we had an offer on the table within the first few days. She continued to work hard throughout the process and even personally visited the property to arrange for a plumber when a leaking toilet was found. We had first contacted JR two years before the actual sale but decided to hold off another year. This was not a problem for JR and he stated at that time that he would be pleased to represent us in the future. Once we decided to move forward, we contacted JR primarily because of his reputation but also because of his friendly manner. From the start, he conducted himself admirably, keeping us well informed and providing sound counsel. In particular, he was tremendous in managing the repair of a basement leak which occurred 10 days into the listing and was able to quickly get the house back on the market.
