Bob has exemplary knowledge in his field. His communication, punctuality, knowledge, appearance, presence and attention to detail are excellent. That being said, it’s his family care personality that struck me the most. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I felt like family through the whole process. Was always happy to see us, and treated us with dignity and respect. He was even present at the closing signing which made us feel comfortable. My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious.
