Bob has exemplary knowledge in his field. His communication, punctuality, knowledge, appearance, presence and attention to detail are excellent. That being said, it’s his family care personality that struck me the most. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I felt like family through the whole process. Was always happy to see us, and treated us with dignity and respect. He was even present at the closing signing which made us feel comfortable. It took as forever to find the perfect house and Kelli was eager to work with us for over 2 years! By being on top of her game, she saw the very day our forever home came on the market; met us on a Sunday; took care of all of the details, paperwork and disclosures (oh my, what a big job that is); coached and carried us through until the home became ours on May 25. My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. Izma was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I worked with her to purchase our first home and we would have chosen Izma again 10 times out of 10.
