My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. We have used her for 3 sales and 3 purchases and I would not ever consider using anyone else anyone else besides Lin Van Meter. Hopefully this is our happily ever after home and we will not need Lin's expertise in the future, but we look forward to referring friends and family her way.

Kristi did a great job handling the marketing and sale of our property under a difficult situation. Her market knowledge was critical in pricing the house for a quick sale and we had an offer on the table within the first few days. She continued to work hard throughout the process and even personally visited the property to arrange for a plumber when a leaking toilet was found. She also provided good advice on negotiating with our final bidder. I would highly recommend Kristi for anyone looking for a real estate agent.
