My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. Kristi did a great job handling the marketing and sale of our property under a difficult situation. Her market knowledge was critical in pricing the house for a quick sale and we had an offer on the table within the first few days. She continued to work hard throughout the process and even personally visited the property to arrange for a plumber when a leaking toilet was found.
