Bob has exemplary knowledge in his field. His communication, punctuality, knowledge, appearance, presence and attention to detail are excellent. That being said, it’s his family care personality that struck me the most. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I felt like family through the whole process. I would have preferred more involvement from Kelli. She was quick to answer texts but we barely saw her.
