Sue knew what kind of a house I needed and found it

We were moving to KC area from Wichita and just lucked out to contact her about looking at a property she was listing. We needed someone who knew all about the pros/cons of the area and Sue definitely knows the market. We were months away from listing and selling our Wichita home but Sue kept in touch and the more we chatted, the more I really liked Sue and her “no pressure” approach. Sue knows the KC area very well and gave us good advice on things to like or not like about a property and area. She’s very knowledgeable home mechanics, foundations, etc and often noticed flaws before we did. Her communication was excellent 10/10. She stayed engaged, but we never felt pressured. She was prompt to respond and provided her own finds as she saw them coming up on the market. We couldn’t have asked for someone with better professionalism. She was so patient with us as we narrowed down the type and size of property and the area in KC we wanted to be. She said it was important to go through that “narrowing” process to find the perfect home. I think we probably viewed 15-20 homes over the span of a few months as we made trips from Wichita to KC and Sue always made herself available to show us homes.
