I decided to sell a rental property i owned in AZ. What i didn't know at the time was the horrible condition my tenant had left my property in... From weeds four feet tall to holes in the ceiling, and every messed up thing you can think of, Marths handled it all! Since I live in another state, I wasn't sure how I was going to coordinate all the necessary fixes, but Martha actually took the time to get more than one person to quote on the several repairs that were necessary until we found the right people for every project. More than once I would call her and she was at the house getting her hands dirty cleaning that place up! On top of that Martha worked hard to get real buyers out to see the house. Thanks to her hard work we had several folks bidding on the house at once, but once again it was Martha's steady hand that helped to to pick the right buyer! In the end we got a great price, and made a wonderful family very happy. This is the second time I have used Martha on a real estate transaction, and if I thought she was good the first time... She was STELLER the second time! I would not use anyone else after working with Martha!!
