I saw a house for sale. I called the agent, Brian Flatley and he immediately answer my call. In the end the house was a little too large for my needs. I did let him know that if a smaller one became available or in the same area that I would be interested. So he said he would let me know. I really didn’t think he would get back to me. A few weeks later I receive an email from him to let me know a home became available that day and all the inform and pictures were included. Exactly what I was looking for that meet all my needs. I replied and called him. Again he was available. He told me everything he knew about it and even gave time me since I was out of state that day. I have purchased homes before but he was been the best one I ever had. He even called me when he was on vacation to let me know what was going on with the process. Brian went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. Gave me the best referrals so I don’t have to waste time finding anyone. I felt like he looked after me during the whole process and made it super simple for me. I also love his up beat attitude. Very cheerful and polite guy. Anything I needed he was right there and did it quickly. I will always use him in Az. I also saw another home that was for sale before I saw Brian’s sign. The other realtor I called twice and she didn’t bother to call me back. Which worked out for me because I feel like I got the best realtor I ever had. Brian was a complete professional, he was reliable, trustworthy, honest and on top of everything. He really made the whole process so easy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase your home whether it’s your first home, up sizing or down sizing. You will not be disappointed!
