Being a first time home buyer and a single mom with less than great credit, I wanted to buy a home but didn't think I could. I called Shannon Gillette and she referred me to a lender and walked me through the entire process. Not only did I buy my dream home, but I was even given a grant for my down payment! Shannon even helped me find my home warranty company and had referrals for home owners insurance that was dog friendly! I know there are other realtors out there, maybe your neighbor, or mother in law, but there is not one out there that will do more for you than Shannon!!! I can't recommend her enough! I thought she would update me on the pictures or the listing. Nope. We received a full-price offer already. Wait what? We JUST signed documents! It's true. After that, she went to work taking care of minor repairs and coordinating every aspect of the deal. She updated us regularly and displayed that sense of urgency rarely seen in this industry. She is something special in the real estate business, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a different type of real estate agent.
