Being a first time home buyer and a single mom with less than great credit, I wanted to buy a home but didn't think I could. I called Shannon Gillette and she referred me to a lender and walked me through the entire process. Not only did I buy my dream home, but I was even given a grant for my down payment! Shannon even helped me find my home warranty company and had referrals for home owners insurance that was dog friendly! I know there are other realtors out there, maybe your neighbor, or mother in law, but there is not one out there that will do more for you than Shannon!!! I can't recommend her enough! She is an amazing agent and a great friend!
