They personally worked in the home to ensure that it was properly prepared and staged to list and shared their knowledge of the local market to help me make decisions concerning the pricing of the home. Dusty prepared an absolutely beautiful listing for the home and Linda provided all the signage on the property. When an offer was received, Dusty negotiated with the buyer's agent to obtain the best offer possible and explained the offer thoroughly to me. Linda located contractors to complete the work requested by the buyer's at reasonable rates and scheduled/followed up with them. Dusty also attended the signing appointment at the title company with me and requested adjustments to the settlement statement so that it was accurate. Linda provided support to Dusty and I as we were traveling and sent documents to the title company. I feel that Dusty and Linda went the extra mile and provided excellence in real estate service!
