About Alice

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a mortgage lender and, in the cemetery/funeral business. I’m passionate about serving people and excited to share my knowledge to help people that decide to relocate to our area. I strive to exceed my client’s expectations at every level and because of that philosophy, I’ve formed many great relationships with my clients. Most of my clients have become an extension of my family. I enjoy hearing about their individual life experiences and the challenges they may have with their homes. There is no greater joy than when I’m trusted to help a client sell or purchase a home! I believe in “building relationships one home at a time.” A relationship built on trust proving that I value the community I live and work in. The Best Realtor by far.

If you’re looking for a realtor, Alice is the best. We work with her when we bought our home several years back and we worked with her on selling it. I would not be looking for anybody else since she’s the only one I’ll ever deal with.

Fabulous realtor

We met at an open house, and I immediately liked Alice's communication style and the way she spoke about the seller's property. Eventually, we found the perfect home to purchase. Alice was quick to respond to all our silly questions, kept us informed of next steps and clearly an expert in the Robson Ranch community. We appreciated her professionalism, no -nonsense communication, her sense of humor and will certainly utilize Alice for our next real estate transaction. Alice Penner rocks!

Wonderful experience

Boots on the Ground

Alice Penner helped me with a home purchase in a move from another state. She was 100% on top of things every step of the way. She lined up a home inspection that proved a great value as the inspector spotted a lot of things I would have missed. Alice was persist with the builder in getting everything fixed before closing. Highly recommended!
