Alice went above and beyond to help us get into this home. When our Broker fired us for wanting to keep our house at a (as she put it at such a high price point) after we agreed to drop the price. Alice stepped in and helped us find a realtor who would work with us in Oregon rather than against us. Alice kept in constant touch with us and the homeowner as we went through several delays from our buyer and her buyer. We asked for a couple of extensions which Alice explained to the owners agent of the house we were buying. With any other agent I'm not sure this deal would have closed. All of this being said I would recommend Alice to anyone buying a home where Alice is an Agent.
