Alice helped us buy a pretty great spec home, but the kitchen island had been placed incorrectly. Alice negotiated with the builder to fix it as part of the contract and stayed on top of the work to ensure completion. We closed on time, and everything went well. However, unlike many realtors, once the deal was closed, she wasn't just on to the next deal. Her clients can reach out at any time, even years down the road. For example, after our warranty had expired, we found out the builder hadn't actually connected a large section of brick to the wall on one side of the house, and the whole brick wall could be pushed and moved. The builder wasn't responsive to us for weeks, so Alice took over. She managed to get the builder on the phone, and he agreed to fix it. A brick pallet showed up a week later, and a crew was here shortly after. Without her, we probably never would have gotten the builder to fix his mistakes at all. Alice will fight for her clients and what's right, and gives 120% to everything she does. She keeps in touch with her clients; I've met many of them at client appreciation events she throws every year. She has become friends with many of them from all walks of life. She sends you gifts or home-buying anniversary cards. She buys everyone a pie for Thanksgiving. She's always willing to talk business, but she'll also call to see how you and the family are doing. And when you're ready to sell and buy again, she'll still be there, with your best interest in mind.
