For most of the sale my husband and I were out of state, so Kim and Attila took care of everything that needed to be done in our absence. Attila made some repairs and never charged us. The buyers agent was most unpleasant and caused unnecessary problems, but Kim and Attila resolved all the issues promptly, efficiently and according to the law.
